Summary of Primary Duties & Responsibilities The Patient Access Coordinator supports the front office and is often the first voice and first face families interact with. This role helps keep the daily clinic flow running smoothly by answering phones, supporting scheduling and waitlist management, completing intake and paperwork steps in the EMR, and providing excellent customer service to our families and therapy team. Essential Primary Duties & Responsibilities Greet and check in patients and families in a prompt, friendly, and helpful manner. Support front desk coverage, including answering phones, taking messages, and routing requests appropriately. Verify necessary patient demographic and insurance information.
