Summary The Clinical Pharmacy Practitioner (CPP) will be assigned to Patient Aligned Care Teams (PACT) in the Primary Care clinics. Teams are located in the main hospital and clinics in Alamosa, Aurora, Burlington, Castle Rock, Colorado Springs, Denver The 2-p.age Resume requirement does not apply to this occupational series.
