The Maintenance Field Implementation Specialist is responsible for training, execution, and hypercare of the ePermitting rollout at the sites they are assigned. This role will focus on the needs and concerns of the Maintenance and TAR Departments, ensuring that any concerns/issues raised by these groups are promptly resolved. Key Responsibilities: Obtain ePermitting application proficiency and serve as one of the Subject Matter Experts during training, go-live and hypercare.
