GENERAL JOB SUMMARY: The Registrar’s Office supports students and the college through responsible and accurate maintenance of student records and consultation and guidance on issues related to course scheduling, student information systems, and related enrollment processes and procedures. Under limited supervision, the primary function of the Registrar Support Specialist will be assisting students over the phone and via email, entering data into computer files, maintaining student records, and providing backup to other staff as needed.
