Overview: The Senior Director of Project Controls serves as the strategic and functional leader for the Industrial Project Controls Department, responsible for performance in safety, people, client satisfaction, and profitability. Oversight includes earned value management, scheduling, cost and change management, labor and equipment planning, forecasting, and staff development. The Director is also responsible for implementing and continuously improving all project controls processes, systems, and tools within the Company and shall act as a key resource to other department team members and Company leadership. Senior staff within the Project Controls Department shall report directly to the Senior Director, and the Senior Director shall be responsible for managing, coordinating, and evaluating such staff work and performance.
