Job Summary: Reporting to the Manager of Digital Workplace Services, the Digital Workplace Engineer is responsible for supporting and maintaining core workplace technologies that enable productivity and collaboration. This role focuses on day-to-day operational tasks, basic troubleshooting, and assisting with system deployments under supervision. Primary Responsibilities Assist in deploying and configuring workplace technologies (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive ,Outlook, and end point devices). Provide Service Desk support via ticketing system for digital workplace issues, escalating as needed. Maintain user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
