Job Description: The Team Leader is responsible for the safe execution of the Charles City production schedule in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and other applicable regulatory requirements. Team Leaders actively promotes colleague engagement and development utilizing both site and corporate resources. Position Summary: This 3rd shift Mechanic maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots business operation objects which include but not limited to production machinery, utilities equipment, etc. It also provides predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance to Production Equipment. Mechanic – entry level into the field maintenance technicians. Incumbents with basic maintenance experience, use of tools and equipment and a wide variety of practices and procedures. As experience and competence is gained, assignments become more varied and are performed with greater independence.
