Job Description Oracle Health Data Services (OHDS) is seeking a Senior Director (M5) to lead a critical data platform organization responsible for transforming large-scale healthcare data into AI-ready semantic models and platforms. This role owns the strategy, execution, and operational excellence of a core OHDS data platform that ingests and processes high-volume, high-sensitivity data including EHR, clinical events, and financial data. The Senior Director leads an organization of 50+ engineers through managers and senior technical leaders, operates with broad autonomy, and influences technical and product direction across multiple Oracle Health organizations.
