Part-time Patient Care Coordinator Our friendly and skilled Patient Care Coordinators are key members of our care team. They welcome our patients, coordinate check in/out, and ensure all follow-up care is scheduled before patients exit our office. They also assist with administrative tasks including routing correspondence, coordinating patient documentation, and eligibility/schedule review to ensure a smooth flow for our providers' schedules. Travel is required to our other Chicago ENT practices. This position is a Monday-Friday role that requires a 20-hour week minimum. This role will report to the Scheduling Lead.
