Serves as a coordinator of services including, but not limited to: identification, assessment, evaluation, intervention planning, implementation of intervention, and transition planning. Makes sure all procedural safeguards are met on behalf of the parent/child. Complete initial evaluation to determine eligibility in the program and complete ongoing assessment of both typical and atypical development, to ensure continued program eligibility. Interpret evaluation results with the family and provide assistance in understanding the child\'s development levels and progress.
