General Statement of Duties This position is in the Stormwater Management Utility (SMU). The primary responsibilities of this engineer are to: manage stormwater collection system and flood protection capital projects from inception to completion; develop design drawings for smaller-scale collection system projects; support the development of a collection system model and master plan; support the utility's responses to rain and flood events; ensure developer compliance with SMU rules & regulations; participate in continuous improvement initiatives; and perform other related duties.
