Job Description Reporting to the Head Football Coach, the Director of Operations is responsible for day to day
operations of the Football program. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Prepare for and set up Team
meetings; Update and communicate via Team-works with team and staff; Team housing liaison; Prepare team
food plans; Team and Head coach travel set-up; Handle purchasing procedures and software; Manage travel
card/purchase card; Car Dealer Liaison; Manage practice guest list; Manage official visits;
Upkeep of staff notes and Head Coach responsibilities; Maintain compliance software; Other duties assigned by the Head
Coach. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to efficiently operate a personal computer and associated
