Job Description: Our Opportunity Chewy is seeking a strategic, people-first Regional Maintenance Manager (RMM) to lead maintenance and reliability performance across a region of fulfillment centers (East or West). This leader will translate network strategy into regional execution through disciplined operating cadence, performance management, talent development, and cross-site standardization.
