Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls, provide product details, schedule consultations, and ensure a positive customer experience. Promote products and services, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Meet sales and customer service goals to support team success. Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems. Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed. Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling and smooth service delivery. Qualifications 1–2 years of call center or customer service experience (home improvement industry preferred).
