Your Mission: You will be the central driver of production flow and material availability for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction, machine utilization, inventory levels, and operating costs. Key responsibilities include: Develop and maintain production schedules for printing and converting operations. Plan and manage raw material requirements to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing. Coordinate with Procurement and Operations on material availability, equipment readiness, and capacity planning. Participate in daily production meetings and support order fulfillment priorities. Monitor schedule efficiency, downtime, overtime, and lead-time performance to drive continuous improvement. Support Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve scheduling efficiency and plant performance.
