What We Can Achieve Together: The Associate Director of Development III (ADoD) for New York develops, implements, and manages effective multi-year strategies and plans for the cultivation of prospects and the solicitation of gifts, primarily from individual donors and may include some corporations and foundations. The ADoD will be joining a high performing team, raising $45 million+ annually as part of the One Future: Together We Find A Way Campaign with the goal of raising $500 million+ from the NY Global Market. The ADoD will work with development, conservation and executive leaders to help fulfill the New York Division’s ambitious revenue goals. This position will also collaborate with team members to coordinate gifts for work beyond New York (across North America and in 80+ countries around the world) as opportunities arise.
