Job Description General Summary: The Associate Director, Customer Engagement Liaison, US Kidney is responsible for building and managing relationships with nephrology Key Thought Leaders (KTLs) in IgA nephropathy (IgAN) and APOL1-mediated kidney disease (AMKD). The person in this newly created role will work with KTLs in their assigned territory to collect insights, derive knowledge, and foster advocacy, with an overall goal of informing the development and evolution of the marketing strategy. They will implement cross functional KTL engagement plans across a range of activities such as regional insights meetings, advisory boards, strategic councils, and congresses. We are seeking a candidate with nephrology experience who has a strong track record in US commercial roles and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced launch environment.
