Job Description Drive the renewal of Oracle's contracts with existing customers. This Customer Success Services (CSS) North America Renewals Sales team is responsible for renewing contracts for specific Oracle products/support for small, mid-sized to large enterprise customers for regions all over North America. Apart from contract renewals, the team is also responsible for retaining and growing the contract base by upselling. Services Renewal Sales Representative will primarily be responsible for ensuring the target CSS renewal rate for existing small/medium-sized to large strategic customers in their assigned territory. Services Renewal Sales Reps ensure that all renewals are completed before expiration, passing leads up to the CSS Field Sales Channel for additional service opportunities, and closing the loop for all customer interactions by providing education on the CSS portfolio and infrastructure.
