Hourly Manufacturing Position Job Description Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Execute preventative maintenance tasks to the specification listed on the PM task list and follow up on work orders for repairs. Execute welding, machining and fabrication tasks; not to include Zone 1 sanitary welding. Execute root cause failure analysis on equipment breakdowns. Develop and improve the preventative maintenance plans. Execute planned equipment rebuilds/PM activities across the department. Execute any recommendation or implementation of continuous improvement on mechanical equipment design to improve line effectiveness & equipment reliability. Support maintenance leadership with equipment bill of materials and spare parts inventory levels for plant equipment. Support training for other associates (technical or production) as needed.
