This role partners closely with analytics, operations, compliance, and clinical teams to implement strategies that improve Stars performance, data quality, and member experience. The Program Lead provides operational oversight, manages cross-functional program delivery, and ensures consistent execution of Stars priorities across Clinical Strategy and the Claims Processing Organization.
