Welcome House is seeking a compassionate, motivated HUD Service Coordinator to support individuals and families experiencing homelessness in achieving stable income and housing. This professional, direct-service role provides ongoing case management, assessment, and connection to community resources while upholding Welcome House’s Core Values: Compassion, Advocacy, Integrity, Quality, Leadership, and Community. Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of 35–45 participants, meeting regularly to review budgets, housing stability, and case plans.
