SUMMARY OF PRIMARY FUNCTION The Curriculum Coordinator is responsible for supporting, coaching, and mentoring classroom staff on curriculum and assessment implementation and assisting with classroom staffing, teacher qualifications, and daily program operations, supporting and monitoring effective early childhood education and disabilities services, and ensures compliance with federal, state, professional and program standards. The Curriculum Coordinator provides “on-the-job guidance and training” for classroom staff with effective curriculum and assessment implementation to fidelity.
