ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Works from verbal and written instructions, including assembly or sub-assembly prints. Receives parts, sub-assemblies, and partially completed units. As applicable, measures, cuts, fits, adjusts, drills, rivets, and bolts. Job Descriptions: GENERAL JOB SUMMARY: To process and pay all Gichner Shelter Systems invoices. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Ensures timely processing of vendor invoices and expense reports. Verifies invoices against open purchase orders and material receipts. Ensures valid management approvals of expenses to be processed. Selects and processes payments to vendors on a weekly basis.
