Job Title: Mail/Finishing Level 1 Location: Danville, KY Job Type: Hourly Consultant Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Pay: $19.00/hr Essential Functions: Receive, sort, and process mail documents, packages, and supplies; notify recipients as needed Deliver and pick up mail on scheduled runs Record and process accountable mail information and maintain logs Track, trace, and resolve mail issues with USPS, express carriers, and local delivery services Prepare mail and packages for external shipment and coordinate deliveries and pickups, including USPS pickup/delivery when required Perform quality checks on outbound mail and validate internal mail addresses Conduct barcode address lookup and barcode tracking or face scanning of incoming mail and packages Utilize common mail services including fax, air express, and postal services Complete shipping forms and/or enter shipment information electronically...
