We are a fast-growing company of like-minded Behavior Analysts, serving as classroom-based consultants to help support educators better understand behavior management and implement strategies to reduce problem behavior. We provide consultation in two models: Single Student Services and Classroom Coaching. Single Student Services include conducting a Functional Behavioral Assessment and assisting the district in developing a research and function-based Behavioral Intervention Plan. Our team utilizes Behavior Skills Training (BST) to support the school staff in learning and carrying out the plans.
