Job Description: Manufacturing Engineer The Manufacturing Engineer will play a key role in stabilizing production, improving process flow, and helping transition the facility toward more consistent and efficient manufacturing practices. This role requires someone with strong manufacturing fundamentals who can step into a fast-paced environment and contribute quickly. Responsibilities Develop and update manufacturing processes, work instructions, and assembly documentation. Build and maintain accurate routings, BOMs, and part numbers within the ERP system. Support the production floor with process improvements, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives, applying Lean/CI tools such as VSM, 5S, and more.
