About the role: We our currently seeking an Associate Project Manager for the to join the Project Management team! The purpose of this position is to lead individual, multi-disciplined commercial interior related projects for the client, with direct accountability for project delivery. The position requires some onsite presence in Dearborn, MI. The person must reside within a commute to the location. What you'll do: Assisting all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout. Demonstrate capability to read, understand and apply standard documents affecting real estate projects, including but not limited to: agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys and drawings.
