We are looking for a creative and analytical Senior Associate - In-App Marketing Specialist to support the Retail Bank’s marketing efforts in our Capital One app(s). This role is critical to the success of our channel strategy team and will be a part of the rapidly growing Bank Marketing organization. Within this role, you will own the development of in-app marketing campaigns to cross-sell new products, drive new account generation, and deepen customer engagement. Additionally, you will be responsible for the monitoring and optimization of campaign performance; while also contributing to the development of the overarching channel strategy and roadmap.
