Job Summary JOB DESCRIPTION The Product Engineer (Electrical Engineer – Power Switching & Distribution) is the end-to-end design owner for assigned AC power products within Power Switching & Distribution portfolio (RPP, PDU, STS, transformers). This role is accountable not only for technical correctness, but for issue closure, documentation completeness, and lifecycle health of released products. The Product Engineer operates at the intersection of engineering, manufacturing, field service, sales, and customers, translating field reality into durable design improvements. Success in this role requires strong technical judgment, disciplined follow-through, and comfort engaging directly with customers and factories when problems arise.
