About the Role: As a CBRE Transaction Manager, you will be responsible for managing real estate transaction activities for a defined portfolio of medium to generous-sized properties. This job is part of the Brokerage job function. They are responsible for the buying, selling, and letting of residential, office, and commercial properties on behalf of clients for occupation. What You'll Do: Prepare, recommend, and execute complex transaction strategies for acquiring and disposing of properties. Develop real estate plans with an understanding of the client's strategic goals. Gather resources to execute complex lease renewals, new site acquisitions, and disposition of surplus space through subleasing.
