THE QUEST CENTER has an immediate opening for Executive Director to continue our 15 year tradition of providing quality music education for all children living in rural, lower-income communities. The successful candidate will be a driven, entrepreneurial-minded leader with solid understanding of business operations & budgeting (non-profit a plus), fundraising and a strong commitment to excellence. They will lead day-to-day operations, set and manage annual budgets, build & nurture relationships, lead fundraising activities and ensure adherence to our purpose. Training and support will be provided, as appropriate. This position is based in Dickson TN. Local candidates preferred.
