The purpose of this project is to collect audio recordings to improve voice recognition technologies and the performance of virtual assistants. This opportunity focuses specifically on African American voices to help reduce bias and make these systems more inclusive. Task description: You will need to record a total of 20 minutes of short prompts on an iPhone using our DataForce Contribute app. All recordings must be completed indoors, using the device’s internal microphone (no external mics or accessories allowed).
