We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong problem-solving ability and the aptitude to learn how to operate a wide variety of printing and production equipment used in the sign and graphics industry. This is not a “push the button and walk away” position. Every project, material, and setup can be different. We need someone who can learn concepts quickly, think independently, troubleshoot problems, and figure things out without needing constant supervision. Experience is helpful, but attitude, mechanical aptitude, and willingness to learn are more important.
