Job Description Prepare and review project documentation (drawings, specifications, process data, as-built records). Develop scope of work per FEL/STEP process. Ensure compliance with specifications, codes, QA/QC, and regulatory guidelines (OSHA, EPA). Gather and analyze cost data (engineering, equipment, construction, commissioning, owner costs). Coordinate with Quality Manager for project reviews and staffing. Execute select plant projects, including contractor selection, bid processes, and oversight of RFIs/NCRs. Provide field engineering support during implementation, ensuring safety compliance and quality control. Communicate project progress to site staff and senior management. Facilitate key meetings (FEL gate reviews, CAPEX forecasts, post audits). Support multiple projects across various stages and locations. Troubleshoot plant issues related to capital projects.
