Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the Engine Design & Systems Integration (EDSI) and Engineering Excellence (EE) organizations. This role partners closely with engineering leaders, finance, and program teams to analyze staffing and financial data and translate it into clear, actionable insights for leadership decision-making. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable leading multiple initiatives simultaneously. This role plays a key part in supporting staffing and financial objectives through accurate reporting, variance analysis, and process improvement.
