Position Summary The selected candidate will teach three classes per semester (six per academic year), at the undergraduate or graduate level, including two or more of following: construction methods and materials, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP), building science, building information modeling (BIM), real estate development and finance, structural analysis and design, quantity take offs and cost estimating, scheduling, contracts & specifications, project management, sustainable built environment, construction safety, soils and site survey, infrastructure construction.
