Work Environment The role is based in a hands-on, on-site manufacturing setting with close ties to Logistics, Sales (for drop-ship), and the shop floor. The work hours are Monday to Friday, approximately 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with some flexibility to 4:30-5:00 p.m. The environment is culturally collaborative and long-tenured, with a leadership team that encourages questioning the norm, structured problem solving, and continuous improvement.
