SEEKING: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented ASCP-Certified Pathologists' Assistant to join our Pathology Laboratory team There is NO On-Call OVERVIEW: The Pathologists' Assistant (PA) will work closely with a Pathologist to support the laboratory diagnosis of disease. The Certified Pathologists' Assistant will be doing tissue handling and grossing. Current caseload is around 1000 cases per month and growing The PA will be responsible for performing dissections, embedding, microtomy and staining of tissue samples, and also assist in the preparation of tissue samples for examination by Pathologists.
