Job Description: Provide field support in an industrial setting to clients to ensure the accurate, stable, and on-going operation of client or company owned equipment Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain continuous emissions monitoring equipment produced by a variety of manufacturers located at customer sites Perform routine and preventive maintenance on client equipment Provide technical support to clients via telephone and/or email Provide feedback and documentation of work performed to client and internal resources Consult with client to explore needs and develop action plans to ensure that those needs are met quickly and efficiently Communicate with client to implement any necessary corrective actions Support and comply with all safety requirements associated with the position Drive company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner Project a professional image of the company at all times Perform in-house...
