The Erie Community Center is looking for our newest team member, to join us as an Instructor for Teen Programs . Our teen programs are designed to offer exciting, engaging activities that promote personal growth, leadership, and community involvement for our teens. If you have a passion for mentorship and community, this is the perfect role for you! As the Instructor , you will perform a variety of duties associated with instructing or leading youth and teen recreation program which may include work with teen advisory to town council. Employees at this level provide specialized instruction and program supervision which may include the coordination of schedules and activities in the assigned area. Camp Erie is a state-licensed camp program for school-aged children and while the bulk of our programming takes place over the summer, we also offer short-term camps during Thanksgiving break, winter break, and spring school breaks. Please read all of the date-related information below, along with the minimum qualifications, before you proceed to the application We are strongly recommending that new Directors for 2026 have the ability to work at least 2 days of our scheduled spring break camp, March 16th-20th for valuable training and preparation toward summer service.
