Akkodis is seeking a IT Service Desk Analyst contract job with a client in Erie, PA. Must hold an Associate’s in Computer Science or related field be considered. Will serve as the first point of contact for all technical support requests and incidents across the organization. This role provides timely, professional, and customer‑focused support for hardware, software, network, and application-related issues while ensuring high levels of service availability and user satisfaction. The analyst troubleshoots problems, documents solutions, and escalates complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary. Rate Range: $17/hr. to $18hr.
