Job Description As a Spool Winder Operator, you will operate and maintain specialized spooling equipment to produce high-quality spools of pressure-sensitive tape. You will work with various tape types, including acrylic foam, double-sided, and transfer adhesives, ensuring precise winding, tension control, and quality standards. This role requires hands-on mechanical skills and attention to detail to support our high-speed manufacturing processes.
