Begin date: 2/28/2026 Full Time: Yes Number of Workers Requested: 2 Job Duties: The worker will be responsible for driving and operating various types of agricultural machinery and equipment to plant, cultivate, spray, and harvest grain crops on a 4,500-acre grain farm. Duties include attaching and using mechanized implements for tillage, spraying, seeding, and harvesting. The worker will be expected to operate tractors, combines, sprayers, seeders, and other specialized farm machinery with precision and efficiency. In addition to field operations, the worker will assist with the routine maintenance and minor repairs of all equipment to ensure safe and effective operation throughout the season. Tasks may also involve basic field labor as needed, such as clearing debris from fields, inspecting crops, monitoring field conditions, and performing general upkeep around the farm.
