Job Duties Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software based on engineering blueprints, CAD models, and specifications. Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documents to understand component dimensions, tolerances, material specifications, and machining requirements. Choose appropriate cutting tools, materials, and machining techniques based on project requirements, material properties, and machine capabilities. Analyze machining processes to identify opportunities for improving efficiency, cycle time, tool life, and surface finish while maintaining quality standards. Integrating automation techniques using the latest equipment & technology.
