AT A GLANCE RVO Health is seeking a full time Weight Management Clinical Lead to be the primary provider-facing leader responsible for day-to-day management and performance coaching of clinical providers. This role ensures consistent delivery of care in alignment with approved clinical standards, supports provider development, and escalates governance-level decisions to the Senior Medical Director. Success is measured by provider reliability, clinical consistency, patient experience behaviors, and safe/efficient clinic operations.
