Job Description What You'll Do You will work collaboratively while also demonstrating exceptional independence-co-leading end-to-end solution discovery, designing tailored solutions, managing RFx responses, delivering executive-ready demonstrations, and driving proof-of-concept (POC) engagements-inclusive of hands-on configuration as needed. Industry-Centered Discovery and Design: Engage executive, HR, Operations, and IT stakeholders to uncover domain-specific challenges ie: crew/shift scheduling, route- and job-based time capture, complex pay rules and CBAs, tipped and seasonal workforces, safety and certification tracking, irregular operations recovery, high-volume recruiting-and architect fit-for-purpose Fusion HCM solutions.
