JOB TITLE : Site Superintendent DEPARTMENT : Reno Division REPORTS TO : Field Manager WORK AREA : Williamson, Wilson & Davidson Counties, TN POSITION SUMMARY The Site Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of residential construction projects from pre-construction through final punch list and client handoff. ClearPath Construction specializes in kitchen remodels, bath remodels, whole home renovations, and high-end outdoor projects including garages, pools, and pool houses. The Site Superintendent ensures each job is executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to ClearPath Construction’s quality standards. This role is fundamentally a field leadership position.
