Description Onboarding Team Members: - Responsible for drafting clear and engaging job descriptions. - Research and identify new job boards, networks, and platforms to expand recruitment reach. - Revamp and update recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes and materials as needed. - Initiate a written job offer letter, background check and coordinate the onboarding process using our ATS and HRIS. - Coordinate and deliver new hire inductions to ensure an engaging introduction to the company. - Process human resource documentation, including I-9 compliance and employee records. Employee Relations - Respond to routine questions and inquiries that require knowledge of departmental procedures and familiarity with operations and programs within human resources.
