Job Duties Client Relationship Management & Growth: Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for key accounts. Proactively monitor client satisfaction, engagement, and account health metrics. Develop and execute account growth strategies to meet or exceed established revenue targets (upsell/cross-sell).
