911 Communications Dispatchers Applications are being accepted for full-time dispatchers at the Scotts Bluff County 911 Communications Center. Testing will take place in February in order to create an eligibility list for a hiring date in March. Dispatchers work together with emergency services, first responders, and the general public on both emergencies and non-emergencies in order to ensure safety and safeguard lives and property.
